H.C. (Harry) Cecil

Resource Integration Specialist | ATAC Instructor

Prior to joining ATAC in May of 2023, Harry spent 21+ years with Alabama Technology Network (ATN) as the Manager of Industrial Relations/Business Development. In his years with ATN, he developed client relationships with the largest industrial projects in Southwest Alabama such as AIRBUS FAL, VT MAE, Austal USA and Outokumpu.  On several occasions, his clients have been recognized by the Business Council of Alabama as Alabama Manufacturer of the Year recipients.

In his role with ATAC, Harry will match existing industry with a network of Alabama’s foremost subject-matter-experts from varying disciplines i.e., Continuous Improvement, Organizational Development, etc. When needed, he uses his substantial knowledge of State and Federal Resources to minimize out pocket dollar commitments for training and implementation endeavors. This Integration will allow Alabama companies to maximize business enhancement opportunities at the lowest possible investment.

Harry received his undergraduate degree in Leadership Development from Bellevue University. In his spare time, he enjoys his grandchildren, golf and is currently involved in a pursuit to build a "micro-economy" designed to "organically grow" economic opportunities for the underemployed.
